All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable. We accept debit and credit card payments, as well as cash or card on delivery through our delivery partner Shipa Delivery. Payment information is processed securely via third-party providers.

6. Delivery

Orders within Dubai are delivered the same day if placed before 1:00 PM, and the next working day if placed later. Deliveries to other Emirates typically take 1–3 working days, depending on the location. For more details, please refer to our Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchanges are strictly regulated due to the nature of cosmetic products. Returns are only accepted in cases of wrong, damaged, or expired items, within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
