We value your trust and are committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. Our goal is to ensure every order brings satisfaction and confidence. However, in certain situations a return or exchange may be necessary.

PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCE.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged.
  • The product was delivered with an expired shelf life.

Please note that returns or refunds due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product are not permitted, as cosmetic products fall under special hygiene and storage regulations. However, if you wish to exchange your product for another one, this may be arranged, but all costs for return and redelivery will be borne by the customer.

Our return policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your request is approved, the return will be arranged through our delivery partner Shipa Delivery. Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 2–7 working days, and you will receive confirmation via Email or WhatsApp once completed.
